Rick Walker

Rick Walker, age 62, of Buena Vista, CO, died on October 19, 2023. He was born in Monroe, Louisiana on April 7,, 1961 to H.M. and Barbara Walker. Rick graduated from Texarkana High School and received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He also earned his Real Estate license in Texas and Colorado. 

Rick was always ready to help his friends or anyone needing assistance. He loved the outdoors, especially snowboarding, hiking, hunting and fishing. He was a wonderful woodworker and mechanic, always knowing or figuring out how to fix most anything.  

Rick is survived by his wife of 24 years Tereasa, dog Sadie, mother, sister Cindy (Joe) Bacom and niece Sarah Bacom-Eastley plus aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Rest in peace. You will be forever in our hearts.
