Kathryn “Kay” V Banning

Kathryn “Kay” V. Banning, 90, a longtime resident of Buena Vista, CO went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 15, 2026. Kay was born on June 24, 1935 in DeWitt, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence “Larry”, son Chris, parents Harold and Flossie Imhoff, brothers Richard & Gerald and sister Pat. Kay is survived by her 3 daughters Susan, Judy, and Beth (Jon) and her brother, Paul. Kay moved to Buena Vista with their family in 1964.  She made many friends over the years as a member of the First Baptist Church and later at Clearview Community Church. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 24, 2026, 1:00 p.m. at Clearview Baptist Church 457 Rodeo Rd, Buena Vista. Interment will follow the service with a reception hosted by the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Clearview Community Church in care of the Care Team Ministry at PO Box 1336.
