Geraldine Lee (Donaldson) Riddle

Gerry (Donaldson) Riddle passed away at the age of 75 on January 14, 2024 surrounded by her family.  Gerry was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend to many.

Gerry was born to Wilma and William Donaldson on August 24, 1948 in Imperial, Pennsylvania.  She met and married the love of her life, Ronald Eugene Riddle, in Salida Colorado where they raised their four children Ronald Eugene Riddle Jr. (Lilia), James Riddle, Geneva Ortega, and William Riddle (Lisa).  Gerry also has stepsons, Dale Riddle and Ronald Gene Riddle and a stepdaughter, Debbie Holler.  She is survived by her children, stepchildren, many grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, as well as her four sisters, two brothers, and sister-in-law.  Gerry was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ronald, and brother Russell Donaldson. 

Gerry was a friend to so many and had a way of lighting up the room.  She could make people laugh and was always taking pictures with her favorite people.  Gerry enjoyed fishing, camping, and traveling.  She most loved going to casinos and family get-togethers, surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends. 

A celebration of life will be held at Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home at 203 E Sackett Salida, Colorado on February 2, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Arrangements have been made with Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home.
