Dwight N Abbott

Dwight N. Abbott, age 92, formally of Salida and Moffat, passed away on Thursday September 22, 2022 at Columbine Manor Care Center in Salida. Mr. Abbott was born January 16, 1930 in Nebraska to Claaire and Marie (Stalder) Abbott. Mr. Abbott enjoyed wood working, music and elk hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Chrystal Knape. He is survived by his wife Faye Abbott, children Edwin Dayle (Carol) Abbott, Michael (Mary) Abbott, Sharon (Ed) Gillespie, Roy (Stacy) Abbott. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cremation was chosen and no services are planned at this time. Friends who desire may make memorial contributions to the Ark Valley Humane Society through Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home.
