Bonnie Sanne

Bonnie Joyce Sanne passed away on January 4th 2023. She was born May 8th 1935 to Lester Olson and Ruth Olson in Wessington Springs South Dakota. She married Donald L. Sanne on July 14, 1957In Grand Island, Nebraska where they lived and raised their family. In 1982 they moved to Ft. Collins, Colorado. In 2011 Bonnie moved to Salida Colorado after her husband Donald passed away. Bonnie was a member of Salida Vineyard Church. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Ft. Collins as well as Trinity Lutheran Church in Grand Island. She loved the Lord and raised her family with Jesus and as the priority. We find comfort knowing she is walking with Jesus now. Bonnie had various jobs over the years and in her late 30’s decided to go to college and study occupational therapy. She worked at the Mental Health Center in Grand Island for Many years. She loved helping people, especially People who were struggling in life. She had a very kind and loving heart. She had many hobbies such as quilting, making pottery and ceramics, and later in life started line dancing with her beloved friends. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a dear friend to all who knew her and she will be missed by us all. She is survived by her daughter Deborah Sanne, son Shawn (Cindi) Sanne and daughter Seann Brown. Grandchildren Megan (David) Van Dorin, Erin (Cody) Griffin and Allison Brown and 8 great grand children and sisters in law Janet Keil and Becky Olson. She is preceded in death by her Parents, her husband Donald, her daughter Julie, her grandson Ted Vanosdall, her brothers Robert Olson and Milton Olson and her son in law Terry Brown.
