Augustine E Henze

Augustine E. Henze, age 72 of Buena Vista, passed away on April 9, 2025 at The Heart Of The Rockies Regional Medical in Salida. Mrs. Henze was born August 1, 1952 in Missouri to Dominic and Mary Eleanor (Cook) Lumetta. Mrs. Henze has lived in Buena Vista for the past 30 years. She had a very strong Christian Faith, and enjoyed singing in her younger years; she was in a band. She enjoyed cooking and loved helping others, whether she knew them or not. Mrs. Henze is survived by her sons Rich (Prakong Russell) Marshall of St. Peters, MO and Randall Marshall of St. Louis, MO. Brother Michael Lumetta of St. Peters, MO, sister Karen Klugh of Arizona and life partner Erwin Henze of Buena Vista, CO. A Celebration of Life is set for 1:00 PM Saturday April 19, 2025 at Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home in Salida. On line condolences may be sent to the family at lewisandglenn.com.
