Sarah Bergman Obituary
Sarah Lee Bergman, 67, of Salida, CO, passed away suddenly Monday, January 14, 2019, at the Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Del Norte, CO, to Russell and Dorothea Bowsher.
She graduated from St. Scholastica Academy in Canon City, CO, and went on to receive her degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico.
Sarah enjoyed a long career as a dental hygienist, and doted on her beloved dogs.
She is survived by her daughter Amy Slavin (Edward) and granddaughter Gracie, Homer Glen, IL; her sisters Nancy Bowsher, Salida, Elizabeth Mix (Gary), Monte Vista, Linda Bowsher, Center; brother Jim Bowsher (Raina), Monte Vista.
A private family service will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a no-kill animal shelter of choice.
