Marie Tyrrell Obituary
Marie A. Tyrrell, age 88, of Salida, passed away on Friday December 29, 2017 at her home in Salida. Mrs. Tyrell was born April 1, 1929 in Pueblo, Colorado to Martin and Theresa (Kochevar) Videtich.
Mrs. Tyrell grew up in Leadville, CO and then moved to Buena Vista where she lived for many years before moving to Salida. She married Jack Tyrrell in July of 1967. She enjoyed gardening and was a past member of the Alter and Rosary Society of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Mrs. Tyrrell was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Tyrrell, 3 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her sons John Neel, David Wood, George Wood, daughters Lois Neel, Cathy Buettner, Melanie Chanen, Patty Dewberry, 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date. Friends who desire may make memorial contributions to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation through Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home. Arrangements are with Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home.
