Jayne Poorbaugh

Jayne Poorbaugh, 60, of Salida died Nov. 11, 2018, at her home.

She was born July 21, 1958.

Family and friends said she will be remembered for her intelligence, kindness and skills as a nurse practitioner.

They said most memorable were her enthusiasm for skiing, whitewater rafting and other outdoor recreational activities, all shared with friends.

Survivors include her spouse, Keith Miller; stepdaughter, Heather Miller; sister, Cathy (Michael) Pelitera; brothers, Carl (Martha) Poorbaugh, Paul Poorbaugh and John (Rebecca) Poorbaugh; six nephews; and one niece.

Family and friends are invited to a remembrance of her life in Salida, to be announced later.

Arrangements are with Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home in Salida.
