Jack R. "Buck" Sage Jr.

Jack R. Sage Jr. (Buck) went to be with the Lord following a motorcycle accident on May 12, 2019. Buck was born on March 17, 1976 in Salida to Randy and Brenda Sage.

Buck was an avid hunter and outdoors-man. He had a love for life that made him stand out. He generally connected with people within minutes of meeting them. He was always ready to help anyone in need. Buck was so family oriented and maintained contact with so many of his relatives because he was the family member to pull people together. Buck was a member of the Flying Wheels who also became an extended family.

He is survived by his parents; fiancée Devin Carter; children Maggie and Payton Sage; sister Chrisy Berry; nephew Ethan Berry and niece Kyley Berry; brother Wes (Julie) Sage; nephew Coby Berry; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who considered him a brother.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on Friday May 17, 2019 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery with a reception to follow.
