Christopher J Scanga

Christopher J Scanga, 32, died March 6th 2019 at Cheyenne Mountain Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
   

He was born April 30, 1986, to John H and Debra Scanga as the second of two children. 
   

Chris was born and raised in Salida and spent the past few years living in Canon City. He was proud to be a member of the Elks club in Florence Colorado.

He enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with friends and family. 
   

Chris was preceded in death by his Mother Debra Scanga.
   

Survivors include his Father John H Scanga; Brother JT (Jessica) Scanga; niece Logan Marie Scanga; Aunt Shawn Scanga Saiz; Uncles Don Scanga, Tate (Kelly) Scanga, Lou Saiz; and Grandmother Glenna (Pat) Corporon 
   

There will be a celebration of life at 1:00 PM on Saturday March 16, 2019 at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds. Side dishes and desserts are welcome. Arrangements were with Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.lewisandglenn.com.
